We do not place any restrictions on employees taking free leave, and we have created an environment where employees can use gyms and sports facilities at their own convenience as part of their employee benefits.
We are also working to improve the working environment by fully subsidizing the purchase costs of desks, chairs, and computers necessary for working from home, and by providing assistance with satellite office contracts.
Furthermore, we have put in place a system that makes it easier to take childcare leave, and are working to create work content that can be undertaken without stress even by those raising children.
